1hr Session - BEST once you have been before for ongoing healing. First time is best for 1.5hrs or if you have more to work on. Bring yourself back to the breath, body, the here and now. Be guided and nurtured with a range of modalities to bring calmness and healing into your life. Start with a short chat & Meditation. Relax into some Reiki and Seichim Healing non-invasive. If there is time followed by a beautiful Sound bath with Crystal Singing Bowls to shift any blocks and help you relax further. Best to book 1.5hr for the full experience. Bring some calmness back to you and enjoy some well-needed time out. Take care of yourself so you can take care of those around you. I look forward to holding a safe space for you.
