Be guided and nurtured with a range of modalities to bring calmness and healing into your life. Start with a chat & Meditation. Relax into some Reiki and Seichim Healing followed by a beautiful Sound bath with Crystal Singing Bowls & Hand Drum to shift any blocks and help you relax further.
